Scope of Services

ITyjcomp may provide optional technical support, setup, and customisation services for Avtomate upon request. These services are separate from the software licence and must be engaged and agreed to in writing.

Rates

Billing

All services are billed based on actual time spent unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to commencement.

No Obligation

Purchase of Avtomate does not include setup, integration, or ongoing support. Technical services must be requested separately and confirmed in writing.

Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete requirements
• Reviewing and approving configurations before going live
• Ensuring compliance with their business obligations

No Guarantee of Outcome

ITyjcomp does not guarantee business results, performance improvements, or client conversion as a result of technical services rendered.

By engaging technical services, you agree to these terms in full.
