User-Controlled Communications

All automated responses, customer interactions, and communications generated through Avtomate are created and controlled by the user. ITyjcomp does not:

• Monitor communications sent through the system
• Validate the accuracy of automated messages
• Provide guarantees regarding customer perception or business outcomes

User Acceptance

By using Avtomate, you accept that:

• You are fully responsible for all outgoing communications
• Any apologies, commitments, or representations made to customers are made solely by you
• You assume all risks associated with automation of customer communications

No Business Guarantee

ITyjcomp does not guarantee that use of Avtomate will result in:

• Improved customer conversion or retention
• Increased revenue or business growth
• Error-free or legally compliant communications
